Mr. Frank Raji is a dedicated and committed Civil Servant. He joined the Service in 1996 and started work at the Office of the Head Civil Service (OHCS).
As a young Officer and a Change Agent with the Civil Service Performance Improvement Programme (CSPIP), Mr. Raji worked at the OHCS until July, 2010 when he went on Secondment to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) as the Head of Administration with the responsibility of assisting the Authority to reform the Administration and Human Resources functions.
Upon his promotion to the grade of a Director, Mr. Raji returned to the civil Service in July, 2012 and worked as Director, Human Resource at the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MOESTI), Director, Policy, Planning, Budget, Monitory and Evaluation (PPME) at the Ministry of the Interior (2014 – 2016) and Director, General Administration at the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development (MILDRD) from 2017 to 2022.
He is currently the Director in Charge of General Administration at the Ministry of Health.
Mr. Frank Raji has served on a few Boards and Councils: These include the Fire Service Council (2014 – 2016), Advisory Board of the Ministries of Roads and Highways, and Health (2017 – 2022), Internal Agency Audit Board (2017 – 2022), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Board and the Gaming Commission Board (2020 – 2022)
Mr. Frank Raji is currently a member of the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA) Board and also a member of the Human Trafficking Board of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
He is a Christian and married with children.
